Brewer Fitness was the innovation of cousins Jeff & Conant Brewer who launched the company in 1990. Today we maintain that same passion about our work and commitment to our original designs and philosophy.
We keep things simple, focus on the training, and hope our customers appreciate thoughtful craftsmanship that results in fun, interesting and quality equipment.
We specialize in a mix of creative climbing structures for all types of customers. Along the way, we’ve been able to pioneer many training and climbing innovations and have single handedly opened up climbing as a mainstream fitness tool – a category we call Vertical Movement.
We have product in 41+ countries inside training facilities and homes of every type. From the most demanding rehab environments to a quiet training studio to a noisy high school weight room, we thrive in offering unique training options.
Although adults remain our core audience, kids and seniors have become some of our most enthusiastic customers. We love that vertical movement engages all ages and abilities.
Brewer Fitness is located just south of Boston in an old industrial park. Our staff is local, with a long-standing network of customers, suppliers, friends and family that stretches throughout North America. We have a full showroom onsite: please contact us anytime to arrange a visit.
Our responsive staff can handle most questions about service or sales so you won’t have to wait for a call back and we always enjoy meeting new customers; many of whom have become friends. We build everything in house and we’re always open to custom requests if something in our existing product line may not work for you.
Climate Impact Statement
Brewer Fitness is aware and focused on climate impact. Our products are self powered and designed to be recycled at the end of their use. We are constantly refining our operations to minimize our footprint.
All manufacturing is done in our one facility with 10,000 square feet of naturally cooled space.
With a few exceptions, all suppliers are local and their delivery climate impacts minimal. The exceptions are one supplier overseas and three to four suppliers in the western part of the US. All these suppliers are low fequency, 1-3 times a year.
Staffing is local. All travel is minimized and air flights are only employed when no other alternatives are available.

Operation of Equipment
All our products operate on body weight — no motors are used. A small amount of 9 or 12 volt current (1500ma) is used for the sensors and/or displays. Portable units will use a small battery for this operation.
