Hanging Core

Hang on a pull-up bar (or AB STRAPS) with a slight bend in your elbows, shoulders retracted and pulled down

Knee Raise - contract your glutes and raise knees to a 90 degree angle or above, slowly lower

L-sit - same applies, but straight legs to or above 90 degrees, or can go for a full toes to the bar above you

Triplets - Raising knees slow and controlled to the middle, then turning the knees (keeping them connected), engage your oblique and raise knees from side dow and to the other side (1 rep is middle and both sides)
