It’s time for something new!

We want to welcome you to weekly workout sessions here at Brewer Fitness!

 

For those of you located in the Greater Boston area, we’d love to invite you in for weekly workouts. Our sessions will include circuit training, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular and high intensity interval trainings.

 It’s time to switch up your routine by introducing vertical movement to your lifestyle.

For those of you across the country or across the globe, as long as you have access to a piece of Brewer Fitness equipment, you can use these weekly workouts as a guide to incorporating the equipment into your routine.

 

Vertical movement is customizable for any ability-  whether it be full body climbing, a leg dominant climb or a floor-based, upper back focus.

Vertical movement can be just right for you!

 

Our first session was a circuit workout.

 

Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) for 21 minutes

Laddermill                     45 seconds

Dead bugs                    20 repetitions         

Plank                            45 seconds

Kettlebell Swings         15 swings         (15-35lbs.)

Ball Slams                       12-15 slams     (12-20 lbs.)

Treadwall M6                                      45 seconds

REST                               60 seconds
